Dear FORS -sters ,
Thanks to your incredible support , the total raised from last Sunday’s Winter Walk was a whopping £987 !
We are so grateful to Jason Gathorne Hardy for hosting this event on his beautiful farm .
Generous donations of rolls from Pump Street Bakery and bacon from Salter and King means every penny will go to provide food , toiletries , warm clothing , blankets and sleeping bags to thousands of desperate refugees ( including many unaccompanied minors) on the streets of Paris and in the woods around Calais .
The physical aid you kindly brought along is now en route to northern France and will be distributed this weekend .
We can’t thank you enough for your ongoing help , hopefully together we can continue to make even a small difference ..
